We are urgently looking for a Plant Hire Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the North Coast of KZN. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below:
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
• Implement sales strategies and identify sales opportunities
• Determine price schedules and discount rates
• Consult with workshop team to plan advertising services to secure information on equipment and customer specification
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Identify client’s need, explain and demonstrate services offered
• Visit clients to stimulate interest in establishment/ expansion of hire contracts
• Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers
• Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process
• Enforce plant hire processes
Requirements
• Relevant degree / diploma i sales/ marketing management
• +10 years commercial sales experience (Plant Hire and construction experience will be an added advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel
• Proven negotiation & presentation skills
• Strong self-motivation & drive for results
• Excellent organization / time management skills
• Proven relationship management and consulting skill
• Available immediately
