PLANT MANAGER – MILLING OPERATIONS
KIMBERLEY - NORTHERN CAPE

To supervise and direct the daily operations of the mill's production, ensuring compliance with all company standards regarding human resources, quality, safety, risk management, environmental considerations, administration, and operational procedures.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
Production or related qualification
3 - 5 Years’ experience in a Plant management position
Experience Operations Management Procedures and Work Instructions.
Mixer, press and Bag reporting
Leadership and HR
Experience implementing procurement & inventory procedures
Experience Implementing & monitor the ISO standards & approach in all areas of Production.
Can work long hours & overtime when required
