Top Automotive Plastics Manufacturing firm seeks Plant Manager - Tier 1 Automotive. To run a Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing Plant.

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Automotive Plastics Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Manage Production

* Enhance Systems and Practices (IATF & ISO)

* Manage Just in Sequence (JIS)

* Ensure Parts Supply in Accordance with OEM Quality Standards and Schedule

* People Management of Management and Staff

Key Job Deliverables:

* Ensure Customer Satisfaction

* Ensure On-Time JIS Supply

* Ensure Adherence to Internal and Customer Scorecards

Background work experience:

* 5 years Plant Management of a Tier 1 Automotive Plant

* 8 years Deep Knowledge of Automotive Quality Standards (ISO, IATF, Q1, VDA etc...)

* 8 years Deep Expertise on Just in Sequence (Practical Delivery)

* 5 years Executive Level Management

* BTech Mechanical and Lean or Equivalent

* Managing a Tier 1 Automotive Plant according to OEM Customer Requirements

* Running a Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing Plant. From Production, to quality, to APQP, to people

* An in-depth understanding of Automotive Quality Standards and how to adhere to them

* Excellent Production Management and Logistics Skills to ensure JIS deadlines met

* Managing senior managers and senior customer relationships

* Advantageous: Specific Experience in Plastics Manufacturing
