The owner of an established concrete construction company specializing in high-end residential estates is looking to expand his business by establishing a plumbing business as an affiliate concern. He therefore wants to appoint a qualified plumber to start up the plumbing business – the ideal person should have entrepreneurial skills and some business acumen as the successful candidate would have the possibility to become a partner in the business. The person would not have to invest any funds into the business, but should be willing to work hard, take initiative and to “run” with the business. At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified plumber with a valid drivers’ license are required.
