Job Summary:

To manage the customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth in the commerce area. Lead the go to market strategies and create opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To manage the customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth in the commerce area. Lead the go to market strategies and create opportunities to drive revenues.
• Make use of strong influencing skills, to drive teams per verticals and position Digital Material as a preferred supplier across the industry.
• To retain and grow revenues across the business units in line with Digital Material’s and its partners’ growth targets.
• To manage the customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth in the commerce area. Lead the go to market strategies and create opportunities to drive revenues.
• Make use of strong influencing skills, to drive teams per verticals and position Digital Material as a preferred supplier across the industry.
• To retain and grow revenues across the business units in line with Digital Material’s and its partners’ growth targets
• 6-10 years’ experience working in a senior sales role for enterprise solution business development.
• In-depth knowledge of the enterprise solutions, telecommunications and commercial industry and current trends
• Proven track record in generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
• Experience in up/cross selling and customizing solutions for clients and potential clients.
• Experience in working in multi-cultural environment and ability to act upon cultural differences.
• Understanding/experience of financial P&L's in Mobile and/or fixed Telecoms or related industry.
• Experience in delivering transformation change in an SMME environment

Experience and Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Degree qualification in Business Management / Sales and Marketing
