Our client requires the service of a Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for managing all buildings within a personal portfolio from a safety, profit, and maintenance perspective.
Key performance areas:
? Manage all aspects of the leasing process and the administration thereof
? Ensure all buildings/centres comply with health and safety standards
? Complete monthly management reports
? Prepare and control the budgets for each building/shopping area
? Timeously collect and administrate monthly rentals
? Manage staff and external service providers
? Liaise with tenants regarding complaints, requests, etc.
? Manage the day-to-day running of each building/centre
? Manage the building maintenance and various contractors
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a LLB Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Property Studies
? Must have 3 - 5 years’ experience in Property (asset) Management
? Must have 3 - 5 years’ experience with drawing up & managing budgets
? Must have working knowledge of income & expense statements
? Must have knowledge of Contract law principles
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Package & SAP Real Estate)
