Portfolio Supervisor – Facilities Property Management

Location: Parow Industria, Cape Town
Salary: R15k – R20k per month

About the Role:
Site Services Company rendering national services to the Facilities Property Management, Companies, Insurance Companies, Parastatals/Tender Market, Residential Properties is seeking a suitable Portfolio Supervisor.

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Portfolio Supervisor in Facilities Property Management
MS office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Customer centric
Can work well under pressure and deadlines
Strong administrative background and experience
Previous experience in supervising and managing administrative department and staff.
Previous experience in being a team leader in call centre environment advantageous
Valid Driver’s licence
Prepared to travel if required

Duties:
Manage/Supervise administrative departments such as procurement, debtors, creditors, pricing department and auxiliary integrated administrative departments
Monitor reporting of internal CRM system daily and accurately
Monitor work flow and process management daily and accurately
Monitor and scrutinize job cards received from operations departments
Investigate inconsistencies within the department
Take corrective measures
Working closely with Operations Manager
Manage and monitor cost centre reports (profit & loss reports)
Handle all queries timeously to meet standards
Keep track of outstanding payments and outstanding purchase orders
