Open to all nationalities but must be fluent in Portuguese - MAPUTO

At least 10 years experience as a Sales HOD with the following skills:

Retail experience

Sales strategy

Managing, training, developing and monitoring various sales (external) teams and ensure they meet target

Be active in the field : retailers, re-sellers

Ensuring staff have stock to sell and monitoring staff daily moves - making sure re-seller, retail outlets are stocked up

Must be immediately available

Work against set targets and good sales track record

Experience of selling cigarettes - advantage
