This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Premium Vehicle Sales Executive, with Management experience, to lead our Sales team at our new branch in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate for this position will be an energetic expert on pre-owned vehicles, with a proven track record of sourcing stock, and who can deliver high-quality customer service to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Networking and building relationships within the motor industry
• Leading the Sales team and attaining budgeted targets
• Sourcing and control of vehicle stock, as well as Vehicle valuations
• Actively engage with prospective customers
• Develop an in-depth understanding of inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
• Always well- informed about the stock available to make educated recommendations to customers
• Drive with clients on a test drive, while demonstrating all the features the vehicle has to offer, and provide educated answers to any potential questions
• Knowledge of costs, potential "add-ons" to offer, and an understanding of various pricing structures
• Manage customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
• Adhere to Group Standards and work within prescribed work processes
Minimum Requirements
• Previous Premium brand vehicle sales experience essential
• Previous Management experience in similar role advantageous
• Min Grade 12
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
• Sales and client services background essential
