RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced PRECURE FACTORY MANAGER for a large organization. Position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Bachelor’s Degree / N6 National Diploma in Engineering or a similar qualification.
English speaking person (read, write, speak).
Valid driver’s license.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on the GRIPS programme.
5yrs+ previous years proven experience at management level in the rubber manufacturing industry or in a technical production environment.
Person will be required to maximise the factory, the area and the company profitability by leading the teams to increase production levels, increase quality control standards, increase production levels, achieve and improve H&S standards, decrease plant production and maintenance costs and retain and grow the existing customer base. Manage all the resources required to meet the manufacturing targets and to lead associates to continuously improve their standard of performance.
Proven understanding, experience and application of general management principles, including operational finance control, budgeting H&S and industrial relations in a production environment.
