Requirements should include the following:-
Minimum of Grade 12 Qualification & Tool Maker Trade Test
Minimum of 3 years plant maintenance experience
Experience essential (Toolroom) within a toolroom
Jig & Fixtures tooling precision adjustments working experience and knowledge
Knowledge of measurement
Ability to perform various welds ie. CO2, Arc, gas and manual
Understanding of Health & Safety
Ability to understand technical drawings
Knowledge of production processL Spot Welding, Press Tools, Toolroom and Jigs
Knowledge in quality management ISO TS (***)-***-****
