Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Must have a minimum of 15 - 20 years’ experience of working within a reputable Architectural or Engineering consultancy firm
Must be professionally registered with SACAP
Must be able to demonstrate extensive experience of working on large scale projects in the GCC and Africa regions
Must have a strong track record of working on complex large projects
Must have Professional experience in mixed-use, residential, commercial, healthcare and hospitality projects
Must have knowledge in building design, detailing and construction
Must have a diverse architectural portfolio
Must have enhanced knowledge of technical and code requirements
Must be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities
