To implement and execute the vision and strategy for the success of the Multinational Consulting business. To formulate and implement Group client strategy, oversee the management of key clients / portfolios, enable the achievement of Group budgets and targets, build and maintain lasting relationships both internally and externally.

• Ensure direction and operational implementation of the Multinational Consulting business
• Enabling through strategic and operational collaboration the objectives of business units within the Group
• Ensuring collaboration with business unit teams nationally as well as within Africa and strategic partners
• Drive customer relations, acting as the face of the business, ensuring effective relationship building
• Provide the required information for inclusion in reports to both Exco and Manco
• Ensure operational efficiency with respect to internal process and procedures
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance within the business
• New pan Africa and multinational client acquisition and deepening the client “share of wallet”
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pan Africa and multinational client solutions and products
• Contribution, implementation and execution of Multinational Consulting strategy
• Maximise share of wallet and retention of existing clients by operating within a strategic client and solutions framework to partner with and enable key pan Africa and multinational clients
• Enable profitable pan Africa and multinational client solutions within the Group
• Deliver efficient operating model within the Multinational Consulting team
• Contribute to operational processes, performance, workflow and consistent application of standards
• Create seamless operation with other businesses within the Group, measured by client retention, acquisition and operational efficiency
• Ensure key pan Africa and multinational client service delivery by business units
• Drive and implement Multinational Consulting client strategy
• Service delivery by Group business units to pan Africa and multinational client portfolio

• Position requires an undergraduate or post graduate qualification
• Relevant professional qualification
• At least 10 years experience, 5 of which must have operated at a similar strategic and operational client servicing level
