Relevant IT Qualifications
Initial 6-month contract
Level: Strong intermediate – Senior (5+ years’ experience)
• Experience working on Agile projects (you’ll work on both Agile and Non-Agile projects, but mainly Agile)
• SDLC and Software Development Process knowledge/ experience
• The role will include lots of integration work, and you’ll be working on complex projects; thus, someone of a technical nature will do great in this role
• Business Analysis experience/ background is a must!
• BPMN experience (Notation of choice going forward) is a must
• EPC Notation experience (Legacy Notation) – this would be ideal but can be excused
• ARIS experience is a must
• Process Automation skills, i.e. RPA is a bonus
• Banking and Architecture experience is a bonus
