Responsibilities:
Manage the team
Conduct shift meetings
Drive productivity (OEE, OPP)
Ensure quality assurance
Apply quality assurance to the process and ensure integrity of the product
Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing process
Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place
Maintain good housekeeping (5S)
Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections
Ensure correct use of equipment
Follow correct standard operating procedure (SOP)
Ensure correct cleaning in place (CIP)

Requirements:
Gr. 12 or equivalent qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification
Computer literacy
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays
Regular handling of light to medium loads
