Process Specialist responsible for setting, optimizing, repairing and training personnel on injection moulding &
Extrusion Processes, machines and associated automation
1) Matric Certificate.
2) Advanced injection moulding and extrusion setting qualification NB.
2) Recognised Technical qualification.
3) 5 years experience in an injection moulding / extrusion manufacturing environment.
4) Min 8 years extensive injection moulding & automation repair & setters experience.
Key Performance Areas - Key Work:
1) ISO / IATF quality document and records.
2) Q.C functions, in process testing and completion of statistical process control documents.
3) Process optimizing
4) Maintaining process and machine uptime at agreed levels.
5) H,S & Environment / ISO 14001/ Housekeeping compliance.
6) Q-Tie operation and training of Shift Controllers.
Core Competencies - Attributes:
1) Above average supervisory skills.
2) Initiative - able to work with a minimum of supervision.
3) Numeracy - an above average understanding of the significance and use of numbers.
4) Hands on person. ( A technical background is a must ).
3) Self - Starter / Team player.
