Provide a professional and compliant procurement process for allocated User stakeholders which achieves values for money and high stakeholder satisfaction; To deliver outcomes and objectives as agreed with the Senior Manager: Procurement including those contained with the Service Plan through the following KPA’s: Mange the Scheme’s Finances efficiently; Coordinating the audit process; Assessing and mitigation risks. Assist in creation of annual procurement plan; Manage and execute all procurement process below R2 Million; Develop an annual procurement plan for procurement above R2 million (large non-professional contracts); Manage and execute all procurement processes for professional services above R200 000 and below R1 million; Manage the extensions of Head Office and divisional service provider contracts as and when the need arises

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent NQF qualification; 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management; Be organised and have good time management skills; Be analytical and have the ability to manage priorities; Have the ability to work well as part of a team; Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and be willing to travel at short notice.
