Job Description:

Process, prepare and review accurate operational financial information for grower clients within predetermined deadlines.
Maintain Grower Pools including: create, maintain and review all pool related transactions and on-time payment.
Control and distribution of all sales payments.
Implement standard- & actual costs and maintain cost matrix.
Prepare Trader accounts & reconciliations related to cost pools/centres.
Complete all weekly and monthly accounting entries related to grower accounts.
Handle ad hoc queries from growers & internal departments.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 with Accounting/Mathematics as subject.
Tertiary or equivalent accounting/finance/costings qualifications will be advantageous.
3 Years’ in similar role and fruit industry experience.
Good knowledge of the Dipar System.
Accounting principles.
Advance computer literacy; MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent financial management, analytical and good problem-solving skills.
Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Systematic, thorough and meticulous work ethic.
