One of our long-standing clients in the insurance space is currently looking for a Product Actuarial Analyst, based at their offices in Johannesburg.

Education and Experience Required:

• Associate Actuary or Qualified Actuary and member of a relevant actuarial body (e.g. FASSA / AMASSA, FIA / FFA)
• At least 10 years relevant work experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in a life insurance product environment.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of actuarial guidance, the regulatory environment and the commercial landscape of life and funeral insurers
• Actuarial modelling techniques; Prophet or similar; VBA, SQL or Qlikview will be advantageous
