Candidates should show initiative and work well in diverse teams. Candidates with relevant experience and / or tertiary qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities
Perform basic project management duties
Liaise with customers/partners to help resolve work items
Assist with the creation of systems and tools that boost the efficiency of our operations.
Collect and synthesize operational insights, develop recommendations, and work cross-functionally to implement those solutions
Track key metrics around our processes and report on them
Help drive all types of projects (new features, new launches, etc...) across the organization

Strong analytical and execution background - ability to identify and implement opportunities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets

Skills and Expertise
Good with Excel/Word etc
Understand technical lingo
Familiarity with Agile software development concepts
Comfortable using BI reporting tools
Understand basic SQL
Be able to handle several SaaS platforms simultaneously
