We’re looking for a Product Lead who can operate both strategically and be hands-on. Who can also envision and manage a product line through its entire lifecycle and serve as a client proxy to define and prioritise user requirements for our SW-team.

Who We Are:
Integrative Enneagram Solutions (IES) is an innovative developer and provider of Enneagram products for individual, team and organisational development solutions. Our core product is the iEQ9 Enneagram Questionnaire, which is a tool used to help understand human behaviour. It pinpoints your personality structure, core motivations and self-limiting beliefs. Our adaptive, intelligent questionnaire integrates the art and science of self-discovery with cutting-edge technology.

What drives us at IES is understanding what makes people tick. We value knowledge, honesty, connectedness, pioneering, generosity and awesomeness. Our products help people to discover this in themselves so that they can live more meaningful lives. This is reflected in the way we treat our employees and clients – we make an effort to connect and get to know your authentic self. We’re curious about each other and about learning individually and collectively. We are aware that each of us have different strengths, passions, quirks, and areas of development, and we approach these differences with compassion. If this isn’t enough to keep you stimulated, we have really good coffee and lots of it!

We operate globally, and as we near the year 2020, we need a Product Lead to join our team and understand the core of our Enneagram-based products and solutions. Managing them through their entire lifecycle while simultaneously prioritising and ensuring the implementation of user requirements for our SW-team.

Your Purpose:
The purpose of your role is to drive the development, enhancement and productivity of our Enneagram-based products and solutions to satisfy our clients’ needs in alignment with the overall business strategy.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform market-, product- and competitor research in the quest to define new and/or enhanced Enneagram-based products and solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment from project formation to scoping, design, concept testing and delivery while
meeting and managing client expectations.
• Envision and create product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the UX|UI Designers to define user experiences and with the Business Analyst to translate product requirements into
detailed user stories.
• Build, edit and maintain the team backlog in order to deliver the best outcome.
• Collaborate with the SW-team to develop and deliver the work, and continuously clarify details of product requirements.
• Assess product readiness to go to market based on business/market expectations and provide for product demonstrations to prospective
clients and stakeholders.
• Obtain client feedback information and use this information to continuously improve product roadmaps.

Who You Are:
• An Entrepreneurial Spirit. You have a strong grasp on the strategic vision of our organisation and an ability to turn this strategy into real
solutions by envisioning, defining and delivering new Enneagram-based products.
• A Driver of Progress. You are able to act as the representative of clients internally while serving as the interface between the business
stakeholders and multi-disciplined teams to deliver results.
• A Clear Communicator. Your knowledge of the product, the market and the business stakeholders are so thorough that you’re able to explain
the product vision and strategy at board level, create support at middle management and motivate the development team with their daily
challenges.
• A Product Expert. You have a proven track record in delivering and managing complex products.
• A Client Expert. A great Product Owner truly understands our clients’ intentions and goals with the product and is able to outstrip its
expectations. Customer delight is the ultimate goal!

Your Background:
• BACHELOR’S DEGREE in business or related social science field.
• CERTIFIED QUALIFICATION as scrum product owner.
• 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE as a product manager and/or product owner.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• EXPERIENCE LEADING temporary, cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points:
• Skills and experience in project management and/or marketing & sales.
• Background in coaching and/or industrial psychology.
• Knowledge of and experience with the Enneagram.
