Position: Production Coordinator

Minimum Requirements
• NQF4 + Operations Management or Production Technology Management Diploma / Degree
• At least 3-5 years leadership experience within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of current labour legislation and best people leadership practices
• Problem Solver
• Understanding of quality management principles: ISO/ IATF TS16949
• Knowledge of KTL and Aluwash process would be advantageous
• Good computer skills –MS Word; MS Excel and Email, WMS and BAAN experience will be advantageous
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a demanding environment and the ability to handle pressure
• Excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
• Good analytical ability
• Quick learner and passionate
• Strong organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills
