Job Duties:
• Review all material request by production department and verify that previous lot closing before creating new lot.
• Tracing all PWO’s (Production Work Orders) and their consumption form the opened LOT.
• Verifying all PWOs and compare them against actual weighing reports which includes the actual weight of product on each stage.
• Verifying the Losses reports belong to each PWOs which include (Thawing Losses/ Cleaning Losses/ Trimming/ Wastage)
• Verifying the BOMs (Bill of Materials) for new products and review BOM’s for old products on quarterly bases with cooperation from Costing accountants.
• Report the abnormal variances in consumption & production losses to both of Finance Manager and GM and get the required approval to adjust the same in system.
• Any other tasks to be assigned by Manger to cover production area verifications and reporting assignments
• Other – will be discussed during an interview of shortlisted candidates
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Food Technology
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in FMCG (Food Industry)
• Work Timing: As per Saudi Labour Law
