Supervise production area of over 30 staff
Quality Assurance and hygiene requirements

EXPERIENCE
Trade Tested Artisan (preferred)
Diploma in Production / Operations Management (advantageous)
MUST HAVE 5 YEARS MIN SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE GAINED WITHIN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Knowledge of manufacturing practices and related policies, procedures and regulations
Knowledge of quality concepts, policies, procedures and auditing requirements (ISO)
Knowledge of machinery specifications, capacity and common causes of equipment failure
Knowledge of and compliance with applicable statutory requirements (BCEA / OHSACT)
Good communication skills in both oral and written modes
Good interpersonal and counselling skills
