Experience:
*4+ years experience in leading a production line within the electronic production line in:
meeting production targets,
*Adequately training and mentoring staff and
*Ensuring the delivery of high end quality products.

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for budget,
*Maintenance,
*Leading stock room staff, electronic engineer production assistants, programmers and IT assistants

Requirements:
• Completed degree within the Electrical field or a completed operations management degree with experience in electronics production
• Experience leading & motivating a team to perform at peak performance
• Experience on a production line in electrical component development and programming
• Experience with Stock Control, Production reporting
• Understand optimisation across the factory
• Health & Safety qualification/experience an advantage
