A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to manage the Vaccination department.

Requirements:
Relevant B.Pharm/B.Sc. or equivalent degree
8 – 10 Years pharmaceutical
3 – 7 Years management experience within the production/manufacturing industry
cGMP vaccine or aseptic pharmaceutical experience
Must have sound knowledge of Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
Change and Risk management abilities
Able to travel on an ad hoc basis

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the manufacturing of vaccines in terms of API’s, formulation, filling, packaging is established at the specific volumes and quality levels as required by the company’s SOP’s as well as relevant regulatory boards
Staff management product
Ensuring adherence to SOP’s and GMP standards
Strategic planning and implementation of projects and technical input
