Trawal Fresh Fruit Company, an established farm located in the Clanwilliam / Klawer area, is looking for a young, energetic, self-driven person with at least 5 years’ experience in the cultivation of table grapes.

Duties:
• General management of table grape farming, production, and product quality
• Irrigation, fertilization, chemical application, administration, and record keeping
• Personnel management, employee training and labour planning
• Pack house responsibilities that include preparation, training, quality management, cold room control, packing materials etc.
• Maintenance of infrastructure, operational equipment and implements
• Management of annual budget (labour, chemicals, fertilization, etc.)

Requirements:
• Matric with a relevant agricultural qualification
• At least 3 years management and pack house experience
• Excellent human relations and communication skills
• Basic mechanical and technical knowledge
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and function well under pressure
