Production Specialist (Digital, Print, Packaging)

Location: Woodstock, Cape Town
Salary: R420k – R480k per annum (medical aid and incentives)

About the Role:
Opportunity available for a Production Specialist with 4+ years’ experience in an advertising or design environment. You’d need to be a super-organised, people's-person with experience in digital, print and packaging production management. You will work on everything production related within a wide variety of brands including global premium spirits, South African wines, automotive, interior décor and homeware, a hotel group, a school of design thinking and other exciting new projects.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in digital, print and packaging production process management
A passion for creativity and production excellence
Ability to assess and plan project and resource requirements
Skills in collaborating with suppliers
Skills in cost and project management, ensuring suppliers adhere to cost and timeframes
Good understanding of 360 campaign development
An agile, innovative, collaborative attitude
Able to balance many projects at once and easily flex between executing daily work and taking on larger, complex projects
Extreme organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Strong attention to detail and quality
Able to work under pressure with a focused approach
Proficiency in Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) plus experience in Chase and Asana preferable
