We are looking for a Trim Supervisor, to join our Pre-Production Team, reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
• Receiving trims and ensuring quantities are correct
• Safely packing and storing trims
• Conducting regular stock count and being responsible for the counting
• Advising buyer of shortages to ensure that trims are ordered and follow-up to ensure on time delivery
• On time and in full pick & pack of trims and issuing out to CMT’s in full
• Issuing of trims to sample room
• Ensuring that trims are packed in advance of delivery dates
• Ensuring that paperwork (trims charts and delivery notes) are filed
• Overseeing a small team of 1-2 employees to ensure that team performs at their optimum
• Prioritizing and delegating of tasks
• Ensuring that trims room and trims working space is neat and tidy at all times
• Reporting to Manager/s

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic Excel skills
• Grade 12 qualification
• 2 Years working experience in a supervisory position or in similar role
• Experience in stock control
• Attention to detail and process driven
• Excellent time management skills
• Computer literacy
