DUTIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

* Supervisors the activities of team leaders in the respective production areas.
* Conduct team talks with employees and ensure production requirements are current and promptly communicated with.
* Ensuring all related daily production sheets are issued to all production operators .
* Ensuring that daily production sheets are timeously completed correctly and forwarded to management daily.
* Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the cutting and assembly areas.
* Maintain Quality standards. * Monitor stock on hand.
* Ensuring the correct quantity and quality parts are delivered to clients.
* Ensure staffing levels are maintained.
* Responsible for maintaining client relationships.

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3- 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.
