Exxaro is offering 4 persons a three-year Professional-in-Training Programme. Here we develop you professionally & personally to become a future talent of note, while
helping Exxaro to achieve its ambition of becoming an African champion that powers better lives.

The Change Experience:
This individual will be part of a paid three-year structured development programme specializing in Human Resources while sharing a desk with our experienced mentors, innovation and new business leaders to help drive business excellence through digital solutions.

A smart worker/ thinker
4IR inclined
Have a minimum of a four-year university degree e.g. B Eng or Hons.
