Our client in the agricultural industry requires the services of a Project Administrator who will act as a support function in terms of administration for Project Management.

Key performance areas:

? Daily/real-time Trello updates
? Daily/weekly time sheet capture and project allocation
? Manage, track and document zero sales orders
? Manage, track and document delivery schedules
? Manage, track and document site stock.
? Manage and document stock returned from completed projects and issue to new sites as required
? Compile and issue site files for new projects: Spec, drawings, sales handover minutes, OHS folder, tools and machinery issued.
? Attend weekly sales meetings and report back to HOD
? Attend daily OPS meeting and report back to HOD
? Issue weekly vehicle, machinery and tools checklists identify issues if any and report to HOD - file and document
? Manage track and document vehicle, machinery and tools via Trello
? Manage PM tool store
? Manage track and document asset register
? Prepare proposal documents
? Procurement of tools machinery etc.
? Document and track project history from start to end date
? Manage knowledge data base
? Maintain PM HGSA google folder/server information

The successful candidate must have:

? Must have matric
? A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
? Good organizational skills
? Must have excellent communication skills and be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Word & excel; knowledge of MS Projects will be advantageous)
? A positive lateral thinking person who can work as an individual within a team environment.
? Must have a valid Driver’s License and own transport
