Project and Implementation Manager – Networks

My client a leader in ISP / Tellecomms based in Stellenbosch is recruiting for a Project and Implementation Manager to join their team

Duties will include.

• Customer interaction
o Meet and manage our internal customers expectations
o Understand our customers there needs mechanisms of working and their environments.
o Follow up with customers/stakeholders on general satisfaction and needs of connectivity
• Implementation Management
o Facilitate our WISP’s National and International requirements with our suppliers
o Manage the order and approval of service
o Co-ordinate and oversea the deployment and implementation of the services
o Establish oversea and adjust internal process to stream line this process
o Ensure that both internal and external deadlines are met or exceeded
• Transmission Planning
o Work with NOC & Last mile networks for transmission planning
o Facilitate quotes and options for proposed locations
o Formulate best options with NOC & Last mile networks and migrate these to order status
• Projects
o Oversea and report on all Reginal and National Project
o Report on Project status
• Reporting
o Reporting to both internal and external parties on the above
• Contract Administration
o Responsible for contract management (Expiration and Notice Periods)
o Maintain Master circuit and hosting sheets / system
