1 YEAR CONTRACT

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in the Built Environment (Construction related) and relevant work experience
• Must have Project Administration experience
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word)
• MS Project and AutoCAD (or similar) exposure would be beneficial
• Experience in the built environment would be beneficial
• Good administrative, organizational and data management skills, deadline driven.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in at least 2 official languages English/Afrikaans/Xhosa
• Valid driver’s license
• South African Citizenship
• Ability to work overtime, when required

Key Performance Areas:
• Assist with Infrastructure Assessments
• Assist with compilation of cost estimates
• Assist with compilation of specifications and related project documentation
• Meet with college maintenance staff and contractors as required
• Assist with audit queries and requests
• Attend to general admin duties and any other Ad hoc duties as required.
• Assist with college maintenance projects as and when required
• Assist with supervision of construction, maintenance and repair related projects
• Attend site and project meetings as required
• Perform any other assigned administrative tasks
