Qualifications
A Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
? 5 years’ experience in implementing Health Programmes.
? 5 years’ experience in clinical program management, Monitoring & Evaluation, report writing and presentations at District or Provincial levels.
? 5 years of operations management experience, including managing projects, people, and finance

Key Performance Areas
Stakeholder Management
? Establish strong working relationships with the Provincial Department of Health, Department of Basic Education, Government Departments, Traditional leaders, local community leaders and Implementing partners to smoothen ADAPT implementation in the district
? Arrange, attend, and represent ADAPT at all district and provincial stakeholder meetings
? Project Management
? Working with relevant provincial health and education structures, ensure that the province has a clear plan for increasing coverage through vaccinating in schools.
? Map the number of school and link them to health care facility and set baseline of total number of 12-17yrs pupils in each school
? Collaborate with ISHP and Facilities to ensure integration of HPV/COVID 19 Vaccination into ISHP
? Program Output
? Parents, SGBs and communities supporting vaccination
? targeted youth accepting vaccination
? Provincial and district data reflecting high uptake
? High quality vaccinations services delivered at schools
? Staff Management
? Offering constant feedback to staff and keeping everyone in sync
? Ensuring adequate staff performance
? Keeping staff morale high and taking steps to improve retention
