Our client in the agricultural industry requires the service of a Project Coordinator.

Key performance areas:

? Project management and administration of applications
? Facilitation of meetings as well as project and stakeholder engagements
? Stakeholder engagement and communication
? Marketing, administration and recordkeeping
? Professional client services
? Render a project management and administration function
? Provide professional support service which could include:
• Obtaining and recording information from applicants to the Company Fund
• Keeping records and taking minutes at various project meetings and capturing data of applications
• Record-keeping and filing of project documentation
• Preparing applications for Due Diligence and Credit approvals
? Be the liaison between applicants, the fund and other stakeholders
? Facilitation and arranging meetings and events as required
? Procuring requirements for meetings and other events
? Liaison and network with stakeholders as per requirements in both the private and public sectors
? Responsible to manage project administration duties of projects
? Ensure recording and safekeeping of all documentation for the project
? Communicate and manage information dissemination to stakeholders
? Package information into as well as drafting of reports
? Communication to applicants and assistance with enquiries related to applications
? Facilitation of meetings which include venues, setting of agendas, taking minutes, etc. when required
? Formalise and keep a database
? Assist committees, analysts and other processes relating to credit applications
? Preparation of applications for pre-screening, Due Diligence, Credit analysis and other assessments

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a tertiary qualification in Project Management
? 3 – 5 Years Administrative management of a project management environment.
? 2 – 3 Yeasts Facilitation of industry specific events and gatherings.
? 3 – 5 Years’ Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
? 4 – 5 Years’ Experience with Recording, maintaining, providing and managing of recorded information with high levels of accuracy.
? 2 – 3 Years Public and private sector experience
? 3 – 5 Years Project management practice experience
? 3 Years Agricultural project management experience will be advantageous
? 3 Years’ experience in administration and management in a project management environment
? Must have a valid driver’s license
? The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times especially when dealing with situations and information.
? Demonstrate sound work ethics and taking responsibility.
? The ability to act independently from others without requiring management and supervision.
? Demonstrate and being able to be attentive to detail and responding to it appropriately.
? Anticipates and adapt to working with numerous stakeholders from a range of backgrounds in the commercial as well as the public sector.
? Must be analytical and able to handle pressure in the workplace
