Project Coordinator
Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensures completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
2. Document project progress
3. Planning and coordination of project scheduling and administrative tasks
4. Supports the Project Manager by facilitating project logistics such as diary management, booking of meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, transport etc.
5. Compilation and maintenance of project plans and schedules on project management systems
6. Track project expenditure vs budget
7. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs follow-up management
8. Material coordination between contractors and suppliers as applicable
9. Reporting on status of assigned projects to the Project Manager
10. Delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks and objectives as per the Project Manager's requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
? Tertiary degree or diploma with more than 2 years' project related experience
? Consulting experience will be an advantage, it is however not a prerequisite.
? Strong affiliation to helping and working with people/ team player/ self-motivated
? Excellent attention to detail/ passion for accuracy
? Numerical ability
? Ability to multi-task and prioritise
