This position will report to the Program Supervisor to manage multidisciplinary teams constituted to work in a specific project and after that dissolved.

The main requirements:
*Relevant Engineering Qualification with strong manufacturing background
*Excellent knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and procedures acquired
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a large automotive manufacturing environment
*Excellent computer literacy
*Capacity of team work initiative and a sense of order
*Strong leadership skills and Problem Solving Skills

Main Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Responsible for the execution of specific projects (global/local) ensuring that customer requirements and target achievements with respect to timing, quality and costs are met and supports the project implementation in plants
• Ensures profitability during Process "Acquire & Quote" and Process "Develop & Launch" in alignment with Program Director for the respective projects
• Supports the definition of project budgets and monitors these budgets as well as KPIs and business cases for the respective projects
• Establishes and cultivates good customer relationships and develops customer specific know how
• Supports the development of competitive quotations
• Informs Program Director about customer/project related topics
• Supports the continuous improvement and optimization of processes regarding product and process development (Process "Acquire & Quote", Process "Develop & Launch")
• Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes and procedures
• Leads project teams functionally
