We’re delivering ambitious projects with partners such as the University of Oxford, University of Michigan, UK Cabinet Office and King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth, having secured recent investment and several significant client wins.

We need you:
We're seeking a Project Manager with a special cocktail of skills. For this role, you must be passionate about people and forging strong, long-lasting relationships - both with your client stakeholders and with your co-workers, who sit in offices around the globe. You should be extremely detail-oriented, and enjoy the process so much that when there isn't a process, you take pride in creating one. We expect you to be both fiercely independent and deeply collaborative - you must be able to work hard without oversight and communicate early and often with your project teams.

To do:
Project management:
-Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Present regular reports on client accounts to management team
- Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency

Managing key client accounts:
- Partner with a portfolio of global clients
- Manage the seamless delivery of our products and exceptional client service
- Prepare regular reports on account status and manage project budgets
- Drive further business opportunities with existing partners

Support business development:
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and drive opportunities
- Work with the management team on strategic projects and improvement initiatives
- Support sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients
- Represent Construct at conferences, events or other marketing opportunities

You’ll need to be good at:
- People management, especially with a global project team
- Developing trusted advisor relationships
- Juggling multiple projects at a time
- Maintaining a sharp attention to detail
- Driving continuous improvement in the quality of products and service
- Previous exposure to Learning Design and supporting Technologies, or an enthusiasm to learn
