Project Manager required for a contract at a company based in Bellville. 4+ Years’ experience as a mid to Senior Level Project Manager implementing IT Projects. Experience with a sizable ERP implementation will be advantageous. Project Management qualification, conflict management, financial management, and experience working across several different business units and functions are required.

Responsibilities
• Management of coordination of all deliverables within project scope
• Collaboration with development partner on the re-implementation
• Regular communication and project feedback to stakeholders
• Addressing outcomes of identified gap analysis workshops
• Reporting on project plan implementation
• Assist with change management
• Identify risks
• Project manager must be engaged and support current business owners
• Project will have declines and surges – there will be periods of high engagement and then very low engagement

Requirements
• A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in Project Management
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management at a mid to senior level implementing IT Projects
• Experience managing a sizable ERP implementation will be beneficial
• Financial Management and experience in the management of budgets
• Experience with conflict management
• Experience in working across several different business units and functions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience communicating at senior levels of organization
• Goal orientated and deadline driven
• Interpersonal skill required to communicate with all levels
