Requirements Include:
o Grade 12
o Degree in Mining Engineering
o Mine Managers Certificate of Competence / GCC Mines and Works
o Management Development Programme (MDP)
o 10 - 12 years' projects experience in underground, mechanized mining environment
o Minimum 5 years managerial experience
