We are looking for a property administrator to support the business owner.

Education and Minimum Requirements

* Relevant degree or equivalent secretarial qualification / business administration, or related qualification.
* 3-5 years working experience as Personal Assistant at Executive Management Level;
* Own motor vehicle
* Must be computer literate, and able to work with computer software and systems such as, Internet software and Microsoft programs such as word, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint etc.

Competencies

* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff, clients, customers, and the general public

High Skills: Ability to run social media platforms, posting, strategies and systems


Responsibilities

* This position requires weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual planning as per operational requirements
* The employee must continuously update, maintain and capture information, track progress and prepare reports timeously
* Coordinate and organise the owners diary daily
* Collate meeting documentation
* Interact with all customers and stakeholders concerned
* Must be able to make outbound calls to clients
* Professionally and effectively manage e-mail correspondence on campaigns

Must be target orientated, innovative, driven and hungry for success.
