We are looking for a property administrator to support the business owner. Must have relevant degree or equivalent secretarial qualification / business administration, or related qualification. 3-5 years working experience as Personal Assistant at Executive Management Level.

MUST HAVE OWN MOTOR VEHICLE and demonstrate experience in running social media platforms, posting strategies.

Must be computer literate, and able to work with computer software and systems such as, Internet software and Microsoft programs such as word, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint etc. Competencies * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from staff, clients, customers, and the general public High Skills: Ability to run social media platforms, posting, strategies and systems Responsibilities * This position requires weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual planning as per operational requirements * The employee must continuously update, maintain and capture information, track progress and prepare reports timeously * Coordinate and organise the owners diary daily * Collate meeting documentation * Interact with all customers and stakeholders concerned * Must be able to make outbound calls to clients * Professionally and effectively manage e-mail correspondence on campaigns Must be target orientated, innovative, driven and hungry for success.
