COMMISSION-BASED

Duties:
• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers
• Sell investment property to first time investors with an income of R30 000 or less
• To refer clients who already have a property portfolio to a Property Investment Strategist
• To refer clients who earn an income of more than R30 000 to a Property Investment
Strategist
• To call, email, Whatsapp and sms clients daily and schedule consultations with the client if necessary
• To arrange and facilitate show house viewings

The candidates will be appointed as Property Consultants with the opportunity of becoming a Property Investment Strategist after completing their probation period of 3 months, passing our training academy and reaching their KPI's consecutively.
