Description

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join a leading Construction firm here in South Africa. You will report directly to the Senior Property Manager, supporting and maintaining commercial/residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Landlord and Tenants with regular property updates and reports
Maintain properties rent rolls, negotiate lease terms and enforce lease obligations
Prepare annual budgets and assist with the management of BMS systems
Oversee all contractor work whilst ensuring regular maintenance is scheduled and coordinated
Assist with processing payments for contractors and address all security concerns

The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial property management experience, ideally gained within South Africa or Overseas.
