Our client who is one of the largest Property Portfolio Managing Agents is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple portfolio's which include residential, commercial and mixed schemes
• Arrange and attend governing body meetings
• Prepare all documentation as required
• Arrange venues for various meetings
• Record all meetings and book boardroom timeously on internal system
• Ensure quorum requirements are met before meetings
• Take minutes at meetings and prepare and send to Management for checking within 3 days of the meeting
• Obtain quotations on behalf of clients, liaise with contractors
• Attend telephonic enquiries relating to community schemes and individual concerns within a scheme
• Keep up to date with any amendments to the various acts and rules
• Scrutinize all accounts received
• Approve monthly management reports for each scheme to thrive in this role you will need:
Requirements:
• Minimum Matric
• A property qualification or Business Administration would be an advantage
• Strong administration skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Professional and Business orientated
