Property Sales Executive

Location: Green Point, Cape Town
Salary: Basic plus 35% commission

We are an established Top500 Company that sell commercial, residential and development properties across South Africa and currently have a position open for a sales agent to join our winning team. This is a real opportunity to make a career for yourself in real estate. Unlimited earnings and huge growth potential within the company exists for the successful candidate. Work in large canvas area, Residential and commercial, all listings on a sole mandate basis only, extensive marketing support, market leader for over 40 years

Requirements:
Property sales experience essential
Confident/good negotiator/good work ethic/ presentable/ good sales skills
Own car and Driver’s License

Duties:
Source commercial, residential & industrial properties to sell on auction or by private treaty.
Call Sellers to set up meetings/ meet with sellers to obtain mandates.
Work with buyers

Salary:
Excellent commission structure
Current agents are earning R1m per annum
