Formation and Support
Bachelor’s Degree in Security Risk Management, Business Management
OR B.Tech Degree equivalent OR related field.
Must have more than 6 years management experience within a Security or related environment.
Have a Management Development Programme (MDP) OR equivalent.
Must have a PSIRA Grade A Certificate essential
Working experience gained in Security Risk Management principles and practices
Computer Literacy + Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).
Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) OR equivalent. advantage but not essential driver's license
Design implement wide range of intelligence specific pro-active and re-active strategic plans
Align intelligence strategy and plans to relevant business plans of the company. Intelligence techniques in order to identify strategic and operational threats and vulnerabilities.
Inform decision-making on business plans
Good industry related experience of intelligence and risk management principles and practices
Will manage the Information and Support function by providing accurate, relevant and timeous intelligence to support the overall Security and Company objectives
Design +Implement appropriate systems to facilitate intelligence capability.
Utilise external capabilities to augment the intelligence strategy and objectives.
Develop an Intelligence plan and budget and support BU's Intelligence related plan and budget in order to demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business performance objectives.
Identify potential cyber-crime threats/breaches to information security and support efforts in collaboration with ICT and external providers to safeguard these processes
Support stakeholder engagement and management by providing relevant information and context. Identify and report control and standard deviations, failures and inefficiencies for action and feedback.
