The QA department is currently looking for a vibrant, honest, dynamic, reliable and motivated go-getter to join their team as a QA Food Technologist.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Updating procedures and documents
• Conducting internal audits
• Communication internally
• Final Product COC'S / COA'S
• Final Product End of life testing
• Final product testing - External Labs
• Finished Goods Testing - Internal Labs
• Halaal Applications, Halaal Inspections and Audits
• Investigate NCR's – Internal/Suppliers
• NPD Support
• Operational support
• Prerequisite Program Management
• Quality - GOLD / BLACK SEAL MANAGEMENT
• Quality - RETENTION SAMPLE MANAGEMENT
• Sampling for new product developments / sales & co-ordination of delivery of samples
• Technical day to day problem solving
• Quality - FILING/ARCHIVING OF DOC
• Environmental Monitoring - External lab testing

Requirements:
• B. Tech Food Technology/ B. Sc Food Science/ Biotechnology Degree or other relevant science related degree. (Please note that we are not looking for a Qualification in Consumer Science: Food and Nutrition) Copies of qualifications must be submitted with a CV.
• 2-3 years industry experience
• Proficient in working in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Own reliable transport
