What You Will Be Doing?
Collaborate with cross-functional team members within and across business units
Interact with product management, project management, and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
Design and create test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases
Work closely with developers to design test criteria and develop automated tests
Perform both Manual and Automation testing
Perform both Functional and non-functional testing
Participate in the design of a feature early in the requirement specification and development cycle, influencing it to drive quality and adherence to specifications
Participate in the early planning of projects and during sprints, to derive reasonable inputs for estimations
Create documentation for QA process, i.e. Test plans, scenarios, cases, and reports
Own and develop the automation plan/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Robot framework, Python, Selenium, Shell script, etc.
Take ownership of driving continuous improvement products and processes.

Who we are looking for?
Relevant work experiences in development and/or testing roles
Experience and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Technical background and understanding of fundamentals of software testing is a must
Knowledge of Performance testing is an advantage
Experience with some common QA testing tools and best practices
Knowledge of automated testing tools, like Selenium, Robot, etc. is a huge advantage
Proven ability to manage, self-organize, and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated
Speaks up, champions quality and is cognisant of user perspectives and interactions with technology
A team player with a desire to build great products
